Our agents earn competitive commissions on every confirmed booking. Commission rates vary based on your performance tier, with higher-volume agents earning increased percentages. Specific commission details will be provided during the application review process.

Approved agents receive a comprehensive marketing toolkit including professional brochures, social media graphics, email templates, website banners, promotional videos, and customizable flyers. All materials are professionally designed and cruise-specific.

While prior sales experience is helpful, it’s not required. We’re looking for passionate individuals with connections to the first responder community. You’ll need to complete our training program and maintain professional standards in representing our cruise.

Agents use our booking platform to process reservations and track commissions. Customers can book directly through your personalized booking link. Commissions are paid monthly after booking confirmation and deposit collection.

There are no minimum sales quotas, but active agents who generate regular bookings receive priority support and access to advanced marketing materials. We want you to succeed at your own pace.

We don’t restrict territory, as the first responder community is large enough for multiple successful agents. However, we encourage collaboration and may facilitate partnerships between agents in the same region.

Our cruise is designed for nurses, doctors, firefighters, police officers, EMS personnel, and all healthcare workers. We also welcome their families and friends, making this perfect for group bookings and couples looking for wellness-focused travel.

Commissions are calculated monthly and paid within 30 days of the month’s end, provided the booking deposit has been received and confirmed. We use direct deposit for fast, reliable payments.

This is the only cruise specifically designed for first responders, featuring wellness programs, stress management workshops, peer support activities, and entertainment tailored to their unique needs. It’s a community of heroes sailing together.

No! To become an agent and to receive compensation, you must first register. Secondly, you have to a First Responder. Lastly, you have to be a paying participant in order to be a paid participant.
