All listed prices are per person based on 2 people in the cabin. Pricing is more advantages when the entire room is fully occupied. See below the pricing chart for single, triple and quad pricing.
What is included with the prices?
- 5 days, 4 nights’ accommodations onboard the Royal Caribbean
- Two Port stops Freeport Bahamas and Cozumel, Mexico
- All concerts, cruise events, seminars, classes, and speaking engagements
- All meals & snacks (excluding specialty options and restaurants, and possible room service fees)
- Coffee, tea, iced tea & juices (excluding specialty coffee’s, teas, etc)
- Full use of ship facilities: pools, whirlpools, fitness center, salon, spa, Duty-Free Shopping & all Royal Caribbean Cruise Line events
- Arrival or Departure transfers from Airport or Cruise Ship
- Personal expenses such as souvenirs, spa treatments (full spa treatment), & island tours
- Airfare or Ground Transportation to Miami
- Soda and alcoholic beverages (Drink Pass $150)

Name Changes
All name changes will incur a $100 fee per person. Name Changes are not permitted for Match Program or Single Reservations. PAYMENT SCHEDULE
The deposit of $99 per person for inside and ocean view cabins or $199 per person for Balcony, Club Balcony Suites & Suites is charged at the time of booking & the total remaining balance will be split into equal monthly installments automatically charged to the credit card on file with the first installment due on the 15th of the next month. All payments will be due on the 15th of the month. Final payment is due on December 15th, 2025.
A $35 fee will be assessed for any declined payments.

In the event that the cost of fuel increases between now and the time we sail, a fuel surcharge will be imposed to each passenger for our sailing. The fuel surcharge will be added to the passenger’s cabin costs. All passengers will be notified via email if such fuel surcharge is added to the cost of your cabin.
Insurance will be available after you make your reservation. It is highly recommended that you purchase travelers insurance.
Please read the cancellation policies for this chartered cruise. All payments are non-refundable, and all no shows will be assessed a 100% cancellation fee.
All guests must abide by Royal Caribbeans health and safety requirements. 1st Responders Wellness Group reserves the right to deny boarding, quarantine, or remove from the cruise, any guest who does not comply with any health and safety protocols. 1st Responders Wellness Group also reserves the right to deny boarding for any other reason they see fit.
