Jin Shin Jyutsu
‘Jin Shin Jyutsu is an ancient Japanese healing art that balances the body’s energy through gentle touch. Rooted in traditional Eastern medicine, this practice helps harmonize physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Unlike massage or acupuncture, Jin Shin Jyutsu involves placing the hands on specific points (known as “safety energy locks”) along the body’s meridian pathways to restore energy flow and promote healing.
Benefits of Jin Shin Jyutsu
✔ Reduce stress and anxiety
✔ Improve sleep quality
✔ Relieve pain and tension
✔ Support immune function
✔ Promote emotional balance
✔ Aid digestion and circulation
Unlike other energy healing techniques, Jin Shin Jyutsu is simple, non-invasive, and accessible to anyone. Many people use it alongside conventional medical treatments to enhance overall well-being.
Virtual Reality Mock Code
Provides participants with a hands-on overview simulation of an emergency code or similar crisis exercise. You will be taught how to analyze vital signs, and start chest compressions. We will add in different scenarios in order to create close to real life events.
